David was at all times courteous, understanding and supportive. His extensive experience in the business was apparent particularly in relation to gauging prospective buyer interest and expectations regarding price and property attributes. David conducted house inspections professionally and ensured that my property was respected and secure. Despite a housing downturn, the worst drought in the region’s recorded history and tighter banking lending practices, David was always positive about achieving a successful outcome for the sale of my properties. I couldn’t have asked for better buyers for my home and block of land.
